How To Fix Xinput1_3.dll Missing Error

1st Step

First of all, double-click on the My Computer shortcut and open it, now open the C drive, i.e., Windows directory, and open the Windows folder, and find the system32 folder, or copy this path (given below) and paste it in the search box, and you will be redirected to the system32 folder.

Open this folder by following this path

My Computer > C:Drive > Windows > System32

In this folder, paste the Xinput1_3.dll file (Download link given below) and make sure you paste a compatible vcruntime file, i.e., 32-bit or 64-bit matches your computer's operating system. Both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads are given below.

After pasting this file in the system32 folder, go back and find the sysWOW64 folder. You will get this folder below the System32 folder.

Note: In some cases may be in your pc this folder (sysWOW64) may not be available so don't worry, skip this step and follow the next step.

Now also paste the xinput1_3.dll file in the sysWOW64 folder, which you pasted in the system32 folder.

Now go to the desktop, where you can find  all the software shortcuts that you installed on your computer

Here is the shortcut of the software or game that shows the xinput1_3.dll error.

Right-click on the shortcut and click on Open File Location

You will be redirected to the software or game's installation directory.
